Health and wellness coaches take a holistic view of a client’s life and work with them to build a personalized tailored program to achieve health and well being.

Health and wellness coaching is divided into four distinct categories:

Mind, Body, Spirit, Environment.

These four categories of health and wellness are further subdivided into the following areas:
